Papa John's Pizza

1-Bad service
2-when they say 15 mns . They mean 2 hours
3- take forever to get the pizza .
If you hungry dont go there koz you going to wait 2 hours for delivery and 1 hour walking

They take 3 hours to deliver your pizza. Just ridiculous!

If I could give less stars than this, I would. My actual rating for this place is -1 stars. I ordered a pizza at 5:32 expecting it to be a 35 minute wait, as they like to advertise. Almost two hours later, and I'm still waiting. I called them and I'm on hold with them right now. 15 minutes on hold and a worker with an attitude picks up. Excuse me? You had me wait for two hours and had the audacity to catch an attitude? You should've sent the pizza! She said we had to wait so she could cancel the order. What order? I doubt there even was one. Had we needed to eat quickly before running out we would've starved. The customer service is atrocious and the wait time is terrible. This isn't the first time this happened to me either. The most recent time I ordered before it was close to an hour and a half wait.

In short, if you're thinking of ordering from this one, don't.

It is absolutely NOT worth the frustration.

Very bad customer service, didn't have change for a 20 dollar bill. The lady was very annoyed that I was placing a large order. Definitely not coming back to this location. Stay away!
