They have Horrible customer service, They are always late with their delivers and When you call the manager he has a rude reply for the location of their delivery person. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. There is no apology no proper excuse no anything but a "they will be there soon. "

While waiting for my food to be prepared I witnessed the management repeatedly scolding and then laughing at the employees preparing the food. It was pretty sad to see. Very disorganized place. My wife actually got food poisoning from it. We will definitely not return!

Food is severely overpriced for what you get..... I order two cheeseburgers and a soda it came to $31
Quality of food was extremely poor for the price. My husband wanted a medium Burger and I wanted mine well done... I couldn't tell which was which when we bit into it... It was disgusting. One bathroom that the employees keep their stuff in. No toilet paper., no towels and the toilet doesnt work. And they truly have no idea what customer service is... Never again.

Convenient & moderately priced if you're downtown with visitors and tourists. Their menu has a wide variety so everyone has something to choose from, all made fresh on the spot: sandwiches, burgers, philly cheese steaks, wraps. It is inside, can usually find a place to sit, a/c is so-so and is a small place so gets very crowded and on a hot day on your feet at the sites, this frustrates customers not used to NYC pace & congestion. That said, though, it's or go-to place when we're taking visitors to the 9/11 Memorial.

This was the worst experienced I had ever encountered with a restaurant ... I work across the street and everyone was telling me how bad their service was but sometimes you have to experience things for yourself ,,, I had made a pick up order they totally screwed up my order with someone else's , I went back to the restaurant to let the know what happen ... The "OWNER" told me what's the problem it's food right ?? What! .... I then was told " I never wanna see your BLACK ASS IN MY RESTAURANT again smh ... I never in my life felt so embarrassed and hurt smh, I just want my money back so I could leave or at least my food to be correct .... I was then told I don't serve to your kind smh .... This is the worst service I ever experienced the manager that was talking to me like that is name Angelo ,,, Even the NYPD told me they're trying to shut this place down from service complaints ... NOT TO MENTION THIS PLACE HAS A "B" Rating
