Awful pizza. Omg how can u f up pizza. They do. Gross.

I've gotten pizza here a few times. Definitely not the best pizza in NYC. But at 4am, you could easily mistake it for that. Decent pizza with great hours for its location. When everything else downtown is closed - Charly's is open.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered cheeseburger with sauce on the side and french fries. Order came with NO sauce on the side, and fries lukewarm. They are only 2 blocks away! Called back re messed up order. Was told they would send another order ... hour later, never received it. Called again...spoke to "GIL" and he was NASTY and a "FRANCISCO" who took my reorder the first time wouldn't get on the phone, just spoke in Spanish to GIL.! Asked for the Manager - "Supposedly" the manager wasn't in right then. Eventually, they resent my order but NO FRIES. WTH??!!! And once again I called back and they just hung up on me! Really???!!! I don't even want to eat this burger, skeptical about the whole thing ... hoping they didn't put something in it. We are open 24hrs and order from them often, but now, NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Not pleasant, I ordered buffalo wings they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I took them back the lady put the ones I had in my plate that were sauced back in the oil. When I bought it to their attention like no big deal. LSS They finally gave me my money back. I won't have anything from the grill area. My daughter loved her pizza.

Ordered via grubhub, since they deliver 24/7 (which is amazing for us late night people).

Food was delivered within 15 mins by a friendly guy, had change for my bills, all food I ordered was in the bag including some extra sauce and napkins!

Chicken strips: 5/5
Mozz sticks: 3/5 (not much flavor)
Chicken parm: 4/5
Homemade brownie: 5/5

I only left this review become the brownie was AMAZING - seriously, order one. Also because of the fast delivery. Would recommend!
