Wonderful! I made a mistake and ordered mac n cheese instead of grilled cheese. My kids were not happy and the manager noticed immediately and offered free sandwiches. Also- I arrived during the lunch rush and expected craziness. It wasn't! Smooth sailing, my order was wonderfully expedited and I got help to my seat with 4 trays. Best Panera experience. Keep up the good work!

I always wish the prices were a little lower- but there bacon turkey bravo sandwich is delicious. just make sure you get it toasted tastes way better with the cheese all melty.
