Hated my experience at this location bought a charm on Friday to give today the 14 on valentine day when she opened it the box was empty. So here I am trying to return to the store it doesn't open on time and they were very rude.

This is my favorite store by far! I've been to 2 other Pandora stores and none of them compare. Ridge Hill Pandora 's customer service is superb! Their associate's are so attentive. If your looking for an attentive, relaxing, shopping atmosphere then look no further. Shop here.

I called because their jewelry started to irritate my skin. I've been wearing their jewelry for over 7 months and the ring just started irritating my finger and when I called to asked them what I should do and they replied with the nastiest attitude telling me to not wear any of the jewelry.
