Paley Management Corporation

Moved out of one of their apartments a few months back.

Always thought management companies were supposed to be as hands off as this company, but the management company I deal with now is a hundred times better. Unlike Paley, my new company responds to issues, is nice and professional, and works with, not against, me. I won't name them as to avoid making this an advertisement, but, if you have any choice in the matter, avoid these people!

Worst people / service in nyc my fridge has been broken over a month they are rude disrespectful people stay away its cheap for a reason thin walls low class neighbors no respect from management unless they want there check. PLEASE RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ohh and ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!

If you were affected by hurricane Sandy and need to relocate because of the storm save yourself the trouble and cross this management company off of your list. They do not disclose their procedures to you. My Battery Park apartment was destroyed by Sandy and I went to Paley to find another solution after the co-op I live in on the Upper East Side sold. First Kim told me that they take applications on a first come, first serve basis, which is a lie, they don't. Then they did not return my tax documents! She claims that they shred them but after seeing the other reviews I don't trust this company at all. Good riddance, I've been through enough trouble and dealing with them is too much of a hassle. Definitely forget Paley and go to Nest Seekers, they know how to do their job and care about their clients!

Hands down the worst management company in NYC. My apartment had several leaks for over 6 months. During one storm, the ceiling collapsed, a few weeks after that they fix the hole in the ceiling...however they never fixed the leaks. In addition to a leaky, moldy apartment, my air conditioners were barely functional - couldn't get the apt below 85 at night. Plus my con ed bill was astronomical since my neighbors AC was connected to my circuit breakers!

It's a shame because it was a lovely space...it's too bad it was ruined by Paley.

Stay away at all costs.

contrary to most reviews here, paley management is a small real estate agency that is very reasonable. I had a great apartment on the upper east side with manageable rent and prompt service whenever anything did go wrong.
