Luxury apartments. They have a big laundry room, gym, it is really close to the #1 train. the best decision was to move Heredia in the park building owned by pachyderm. Thank you Mariana for your help.

The building at riverdale is perfect. I have a one bethroom apartment and i love my big Kitchen and beautiful bethroom. In addition, it has a confortable recreation area which makes this building perfect. I recomend this building to any body to have confort in a new apartment.

Mariana has the best apartments that I have seen in the bronx, the best thing of this building is the ice rink that take place in Van Cortlandt Park every winter season across the street. I love the Gym and my 1 bed apartment is really big.
