Good service....great looking bar, but it does get busy there

Food is always excellent , very tasty, cannot complain about the staff since I never had a problem before, been here about 8 times, and I always had a good experience

Love their pork fried rice but the service is terrible. Ordered by phone and walked in and was directed to the bar which was empty. Staff members were chatting and watching the game on tv but took more than 10 minutes for the bartender to show up and acknowledge me, then she overcharged me.

PF Changs is the same food wherever you go. The issue I have with this location is that while it is less crowded than others, it's like that for a reason.
When you walk in, the entrance is dated and worn. Couple that with the way the hostesses act toward the guests it does not make for a good first impression.
Not one, but two of the hostesses did not crack a smile and actually stared inappropriately at some guests. These two were miserable.
The manager then came over to seat us and we appreciated that and the rest of the night went smooth.

I've been to this PF Chang's for quite some time now. Unfortunately, like all the other reviews here, my experience was terrible. They used to be great, but the quality has severely degraded over the years.

Cons:
1.) The waitress messed up our order. However, they gave us a free Mongolian beef to make up for it.
2.) We ordered lunch specials, but for $11.00 we would expect to get a tad bit more bigger portions.
3.) The tofu in one of the dishes did not taste fresh at all. Two of my friends also confirmed the same thing.
4.) Quality of the food has def. gone down.

Pros:
1.) They gave us a Mongolian Beef on the house to make up for messing up the order (+1 star).
2.) Great ambiance and plenty of parking.
3.) Chips and dipping sauce were excellent.
4.) Plenty of seats during lunch. No waiting times.

Unfortunately, this will be my final Visit to PF Changs. Until things start to improve and I see better ratings.
