The customer service is horrible!!! We had two refrigerators delivered, both dented! I called for 2 months straight and go the run around. The prices are only good because the service is horrible and may products are dented!

My family buys every home appliance at this location pretty much. Also, my father only deals with Pc Richards when purchasing items for his work place. So I decided to buy my Sony Vaio laptop here along with the recommended anti virus and a 4 year warranty to top it off. I've sent my laptop for service a total of 4 times and my charger has gone missing every single time. Since the actual store and the service center believe they are not to blame, with the money I've spent on new chargers all of the employees could've went to Aruba for two weeks. So I asked for a new laptop like any annoyed loyal customer would have and all they keep doing is sending my laptop out to have its hard drive replaced which my 7 year old nephew can also do. Best buy is where it's at folks at least they don't screw customers over. Oh and btw steer clear of the flock of bum salesman they have on the floor at any given moment because they'd try to sell you a piece of dust if they could and they don't know sh** about any product what so ever.

I had a bad experience with store on Rt17 in NJ. Ordered washer and dryer (Samsung $2800). Dryer broke after two weeks. Waited for PC Richard tech for a week and a half. Couldn't dry laundry all this time . Tech doesn't give you a time until the morning of the service day, so you have to take an entire day off. Technician couldn't fix it, the main computer board was broken. He recommended to try and exchange it for a new dryer. Again, have to take another day off and wait for delivery since they can't give you a time window until the evening before. after my request for a reasonable delivery time, the sales person informed me that he is doing me a favor by exchanging the dryer ($1000) that broke after two weeks. Sale person was rude and not helpful at all.

I've bought a T.V. there as well as an air conditioner...the service has been great and I am very happy with my purchases. The air conditioner was a fairly large unit and hard to install. They sent top notch installers that did a really fantastic job. I am very pleased all around.

I have never given any company a 1 star, but this store is truly awful.

The salespeople here only care to make a sale, and nothing else. They are not knowledgeable about the product that they sell, and they do not want to help you with issues post sale. I asked one of the sales to help me pick out an oven, and he quickly pointed me to the most expensive item on the floor. Despite his pushiness, my wife and I loved what we saw, and decide to go through with the purchase.

A week later is when the problems started. First, there were issues coordinating a delivery date. I told the salesperson I wanted a Monday delivery; only to find out after the sale that they don't delivery on Mondays. Then during the delivery, I am told my new oven needs a 220v plug (which is not common), and in order to complete the installation, I would need to call an electrician to run extra power from the main breaker. This was an expensive surprise. Another month goes by, and I find out that the free dishwasher that came with the oven (it's a promotion from the manufacture) is not the correct one (of course, I got a cheaper version instead). I called the store to tell them about this; spoke to Pat Versado (supposedly a manager), and he does not want to help. He makes one excuse after another, tells me this is what it is, without even investigating my claim. Every time I talk to him, it turns into a shouting match. and now two months have gone by, and my issue is unresolved.

I understand that no one is perfect, and I expect companies to make mistakes from time to time. But when a company is given a chance to fix a client issue, and they don't listen nor care, then they don't deserve your patronage. Save yourself some trouble. Go anywhere else; just don't come here.
