I have been doing business with PC Richards on 86th street and BWay for many years. I am always greeted promptly and professionally upon walking in the door .
I have a certain salesman that I have known for all this time and he may be the best salesman I have ever come across. Besides being extremely knowledgable and professional he listens carefully to my needs ( I own a few properties) and always has suggestions and choices at reasonable prices. Every machine he has sold to me works great and is reliable and every exchange I have with Joseoh Graves is pleasant , constructive and convenient as I would like.
He is the only appliance salesman I do business with yet I have spoken to a few others in this store and they also seem to be as corteous, polite and helpful as Mr. Graves is.

I purchased an air conditioner and laptop at PC Richard’s Broadway location. The air conditioner needed to be small but powerful, and the laptop durable but not pricey.
I was greeted by Joseph Graves who did an excellent job recommending exactly what I needed. He answered all of my questions and explained each item in great detail. Mr. Graves wasn’t pushy or dismissive, it was a pleasure shopping at this location.

My wife and I recently needed to get ALL appliances for 2 three family homes in Queens. We went to this Upper West Side P.C. Richard while in Manhattan just to browse at the options. We met the manager, Carlos Moreno as well as other staff. Everyone was very friendly. Carlos was so helpful and attentive as we explained what we needed. It turned out that I had all the measurements saved in my phone so we decided on the spot to purchase everything here. I am glad we did because the purchase as well as delivery went very smooth and we had no problems at all with the appliances. I highly recommend this business for all your appliance needs.
