I've been going to this PC Richard & Son for the past 13 years and Saleh is my guy! I always call the store first to make sure Saleh is there before I go. Thank you very much Saleh for always make sure I got the best price possible.

I had to return three cassette tape recorders that failed to work and function. The problem was that it was over the 30 day return policy of the store. Moreover,there was illness & surgery in the family, that delayed attention in this matter. I explained that the warranty provided by the company with postage and shipping costs were too much. It's difficult to purchase a cassette recorder, but the device is used for educational reasons where most of the material right now is on tape cassettes for a special needs child that is speech impaired. The staff members at this store were wonderful in particular Pankti.. They exchanged the damaged recorders for new ones with a $15.00 replacement and service protection fee. In addition, my purchases were carried to my car due to a leg injury by Pankti. I cannot thank her enough. Jane M

I visited this store today to buy soundbar for my tv, staff was welcoming. Imran helped me chosing the right soundbar. He was so helpful with lot of knowledge about all the products I was interested in. More than selling or pushing me he suggested me the better options to help me finalizing my purchase. Best sales person & good human being. I recommend this store to everyone. Best customer experience. 5 star.

One of the best P.C. Richard & Son I have ever been to. The store is so well organized and easy to decipher. The staff is extremely helpful, The manager Imran was outstanding, Helped me make some big purchases for my business. I have referred tons of people to them and they have never been dissatisfied. Love these guys

Has an excellent selection and supply of appliances, and a fairly good selection of electronics. Great place to shop for the holiday season. Parking is a bit of a mess, but staff will often bring larger appliances purchased to your car. Don't forget to tip.
