P.C. Richard & Son

We had to wait 1/2 hr to talk to someone for an a/c and then we finally bought it and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring it from the back and they brought out the wrong one. And to top it off we brought it home installed it and it was a lemon. It took over three weeks and 4 times that they had to come to my house (during the day so i had to take off or pay someone to be there the whole day because they only tell you a day that they come on... which they cacelled three times without telling us so it was a waist.... it was a disaster

This is easily my favorite P.C. Richards to shop at. The store is always clean and the shelves are always full and impactful. The set-up of the store is really nice and inviting. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and respectful and go above and beyond to assist you.

I went in to purchase a laptop, a pretty expensive purchase, and an employee there named Adrian really took the time to help and assist me throughout the entire process. He was extremely attentive to whatever I needed and knowledgeable about all products I inquired about. He really made the process easy and took the edge off having to make a large purchase in-store. This will definitely be my go-to P.C. Richards from now on and most likely my number one stop for electronics.
