I have dealt with PC Richard & Son and their sales representatives and in particular Michael Donnelly for around 20 years. Through the years I have purchased major appliances for 2 kitchens, washers and dryers, big screen TVs, laptop computers and cameras. I have always received the best prices and service. Whether it was a big purchase (I recently redesigned my kitchen) or one of my sons needing a TV for the college dorm room I have always gotten the best prices and courteous service. Service does not end with the sale either. If I needed a repair or service call PC Richard helped with that as well. I have also confidently recommended them to friends and relatives.

when I went there I already knew what I wanted. I searched their web site which I found very easy and found the perfect stereo for my car. when I got to the store I went right to the car audio section and was met there by a very competent salesman (Tony M) who helped me with my purchase every step of the way. unfortunately because of the car I have the install kit is special order so I have to wait for install.
I felt that Tony M was very up front and honest and not pushy at all. he was patient in answering all my questions and overall I would recommend PcRichards in Carle Pl and Tony M. Great job!!!!!!!!!

Mike Donnelly a manager at the carle place p.c. Richards was of outstanding assistance in helping me on several occasions. His advice, knowledge of products, and assistance in setting up delivery times for our purchases was invaluable saving me both time and money. I would heartily recommend both mike and p.c. Richards to anyone. gladly.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances and good advice. I am planning a kitchen with my designer and he recommended PC Richard at Carle Place as the place to go, because of their large display of appliances. I had many questions to ask and my salesperson Mark Lieberman was extremely patient and very helpful. He not only answered my questions, but made suggestions that I know I will follow. My kitchen is not ready yet, but I know it will be beautiful from PC Richard and son
