The customer service at this store is horrid and non attentive. The attendants (can't even call them salesmen) just stand around and do not bother helping you until you ask. Even when you ask, I received an attitude from the gentleman, hard to even describe his attitude but very unpleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not return.

This place gave a bait and switch on their tailoring services. We called their store earlier to confirm whether they could repair two suit pants that have ripped. The person who answered just told us to come in and take a look. After a late afternoon battle with rush hour traffic, we made it with the pants....only to be told that according to NYS law, the pants must be dry cleaned before being tailored. One of the pants has never even been worn, it was found with a tear after purchase. Now the concept of the law makes sense, but what I do not understand is why on earth this was not mentioned to us when we called! This sounds like basic procedure. I wouldn't be surprised if this was just a way to get us into the store to spend more money, or as a way for them to avoid giving free tailoring services. Overall a waste of a trip that could have been prevented with common sense communication! I don't know if this place is worth the tailoring service if they fail to mention basic instructions!
