I met the PC Richard sales guy Jeffrey at the Fordham location. He's now at Coop. But even though Fordham is near where I live, his service is worth traveling for. He knows everything about every product, and because of that, my shopping experience always stands out from shopping at other stores.

Wanted to by my mom a stove and went to this location just to window shop and compare prices but the sales rep (name was "Nana") had me sold with what I was looking for and price range. He didn't try to push me to buy something I didn't need and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the different stoves he showed me and I was impressed because he said he works in the TV department. I even bought other items for my car that day. Nana will get you exactly what your looking for if you know what you want and if you didn't... He'll help you decide what qualities you need and looking for in the item you want.

The worst experience ever. I went there to purchase a blue ray and was ignored by the sales man after he said he would get the key from the Manager. He leaned on a washer and started chatting with the other sale reps and then lied to me and said he was waiting for the key. What he didn't know was that a nice lady that works there had already gave me the blue ray. I was watching him the entire time and not once did he ask for the manager to get the key. Very, very unprofessional.

Excellent purchase experience! The website was very easy to navigate and complete my purchases. Purchased a stove and range hood with installation and haul away for my elderly parents.
Communication with customer service to set everything up was excellent! My parents were delighted and comfortable with the stove and professionalism of the installers. Big Shout to Philco Home Improvement. They made my folks feel at ease. I highly rate this particular store for your needs

I have been a customer of P.C Richards for many years. From my first experience at the Yonkers store 8 years ago till my most recent television purchase at the Bay Plaza store, i have been treated
to outstanding customer service and great pricing and selection. Rob who was a manager at the Yonkers store when i first became a customer has guided me through all my purchases. His customer service skills and product knowledge has been and continues to be outstanding. He is a great asset to PC Richards.
