I love this P.C. Richards & Son. I am very happy with all my purchases so far. If you find yourself at this store ask for Kenny he is the best and very knowledgeable.

My experience was very helpful. Sanjoy accompanied me every step of the way and was most helpful. I certainly would go to him in the future if I had any questions. I have always found PCRichard to my liking.

I have always used this P.C. Richard & Son for all my electronic and appliance needs. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. They know exactly what you need and will not push you to make any unnecessary purchases.I refer everyone to this store specifically because of staff and of course prices. I recently compared appliances to Sears and Home Depot for the house we recently purchased, and by P.C. Richard & Son had the best prices. There was about a $200+ difference in most appliances.

I returned to P.C. Richard this past Wednesday to purchase a number of major appliances we needed. Although we live on Long Island, my wife and I both feel that is very worthwhile to travel to the College Point, Queens store of P.C. Richard where we can deal with the Manager, Gabe who we found in the past to be very helpful, knolwedgeable, professional and importantly honest and patient with a great and welcoming attitude. We were not dissappointed. Gabe was true to his well earned reputation. Although he runs a busy store, he took the time to explain everything to us with expertise on each item that was surprising. When dealing with Gabe, we did not have to shop elsewhere because we felt certain that he was giving us the best price and the best advice on what we should purchase with complete honesty. He has a wonderful attitude and disposition which made our trip an enjoyable affair. The installation was excellent and Gabe also confirmed with me that this was done correctly. Thank you Gabe.
