I know Nick the manager of PC Richards located on Kingshighway in Brooklyn for over 16 years. In the past 16 years every appliance, TV, and camera that I ever purchased was through Nick and PC Richards. I have checked his pricing many times throughout the years and it always beat the competition. He even helped me with a return of a defective Fridge that I fortunately had an extended warranty on. A new unit was delivered at no additional cost. Nick is friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances in his store. He has proven to be professional and sincere. I had a bad experience with Best Buy, twice they didn't deliver when they said they would. Finally I went to PC Richard, bought a new refrigerator and had it delivered the next day. That was awesome, they showed up, when they said they would. Order with Best Buy was cancelled.
