I saved a lot of money by ordering my two vanities from Decor Planet vs. Amazon or a local store. Tax free, item was on sale, 10% off discount, helpful staff, I was able to select a different faucet than what came with the vanity. I was not impressed with the delivery person/service (damage to my personal property) and one of the two mirrors has a minor flaw and I am hoping that Decor Planet will be able to help me with the damage the delivery person caused to my property and with the mirror door. Now that my vanity, sink, faucet, and mirrors are up and running, it's better in person than I expected and hoped. The faucet that I picked has a decorative water stream! I had no idea such a thing existed and I really enjoy pointing that out to the folks who come to see my completed project.

I was dealing with store at Mcdonald Ave , my sales person was Vladimir Shoulzhenko. I have to tell that he is not a sales person, he is an expert in all products, clients needs and deliveries set up. Beside the point , Vladimir is a very patient and pleasant person to deal with. He advocated for me all the time. My deliveries were asap deliveries and Décor Plannet which was represented by Vladimir accommodated me on time. Great Experience.

This review is for your MacDonald Ave Brooklyn location. I love them! In particular, I really enjoyed working with my sales guy, Vlad, and the design team over there. They are really good at what they do and very customer friendly. I have never had anything but wonderful support from them and their prices are very good. My only criticism I have is that their warehouse logistics need to improve. I had put in a tile order and then was told a couple days later that they did not actually have it as originally told to me. I ended up finding the tile at another store and picking it up there. Fortunately the refund process was very smooth and they gave me no problems refunding my money. I love this location. They have been very helpful and easy to work with.

Excellent customer service! We needed to remodel outdated bathroom in our new apartment and we were helped by Vladimir. He was knowledgeable and patient, we got a little lost in their huge selection of sinks, toilets, bathtubs etc. we had no idea what to start with and he helped us to select all necessary appliances. I highly recommend this store
