- Terrible #204881

If I was able to give this agency zero stars, thatd be my rating. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I filed my taxes with Griselda in March, and am still waiting for my check due to P. Alvarez & Griselda not sending in the proper documentation, that I provided, and they made copies of. It has been a stressing ordeal. Their computers are always down losing all of your private documents, leaving you to come more than a million times to the office to provide them again. My advice, avoid this agency for tax filing.
