Ottomanelli's Sporting Arms

My Son and I Purchased 4 guns from this place 1 handgun 2 AR's and a Thompson. Brought my sister there and she and her friend purchased 4 handguns. One day my son and I were browsing in the store for a hand gun and the owner who was assisting us got ticked off that we were looking for a gun without a purchasing permit and actually walked away from us with his assistant into the back room. Leaving us in the store like a couple of jerks. So after spending thousands of dollars in their store this is how we were treated. We no longer go into their store and advise everyone we know who's looking for a gun to go elsewhere and both my son and I being in Law Enforcement that's a lot of potential customers.

I have to say I am impressed with the selection and the courtesy of the staff. I've been to some shops were it seems like they are doing me a favor by talking to me. Not this store, the minute I came in I was greeted by the staff and everyone was helpful from beginning to end. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic place! I was dead set on a particular rifle I wanted, and realized it was hard to get. After calling about 10 different places, Ottomanelli’s was the only place that had it. I walked in later that day, and was surprised at how clean the place was. I went in at a fairly busy time, and did not wait longer than 3 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. I then followed Brandon, and he showed me the firearm I wanted. He went over everything the firearm had to offer. After I decided that I wanted it, the paperwork was smooth and professional. The service was beyond excellent. I brought my friend along, and as I was putting my firearms ID away, he suggested that I get it laminated, I agreed. Brandon heard this and asked if I wanted my ID laminated, now hows that for service! Someone else completed my transfer while Brandon was with another customer, and I received the same great service. The prices are fair for the current gun situation, and I do believe that I received a good deal. Great group of guys, and fantastic service!

Great staff that treats you well whether you are a prospective first time gun owner or a regular customer. Staff is knowledgable and works with customers to find the right firearm for their usage without rushing the customer or making them uncomfortable. Don't be afraid to ask them questions. They have staff with many years of law enforcement and firearms experience!.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made buying my S&W 686 a pleasure. Outgoing and treat customers very well. Mike and Dave were great. Large selection of handguns in stock. Was in and out with my handgun in 40 mins. Highly recommend.
