The Otterbeck Law Firm handled my real estate closing on both my first and second house. If and when we ever get a third, they will be my first call. Their law firm was 100% professional and handled everything in a timely matter. I always recommend their services when anyone needs a lawyer to handle any real estate issue or other matters of law.

Chris Otterbeck was our attorney for two different home purchases. One in 2010 and one in 2014. He was fantastic for both! He always responded to our questions immediately and alleviated any concerns with any issues that came up. We will be sure to use him again for our next purchase and we would highly recommend him! He's been practicing real estate law for many years and was super knowledgeable!

As a real estate broker I have worked with the Otterbeck Law firm on many different occasions, both by trusting them deeply with my client referrals and as a client myself when I purchased my first home. I find them very easy to work with and their communication to be top notch. They are extremely professional, thorough, and get back to you right away with any questions or needs. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking an attorney. We plan to use them for future real estate needs and our wills.

We recently purchased our first home and had Chris as our attorney. Chris was fantastic! He explained everything to us, always responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and made the whole experience an easy and enjoyable one. We always felt comfortable asking him questions and he always put our best interests first. We would highly recommend Chris and the Otterbeck Law Firm!
