I recently called to try and get an appointment in the Garden City office and the office receptionist named Kim was incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful. Unfortunately, she epitomized the stereotype of rude receptionists. Thank goodness there is still choice in medicine and there are other excellent orthopedics in the area. The doctors may very well be great doctors, but the office staff negatively impacted my perception of the practice.
