I have bought multiple properties with Orly Chen. I trust her 100%. She will never sell me a home unless she knows its the right move for me. She is honest, hard working and very knowledgable. It took her to understand my need in one meeting and from that point I give her the freedom to put an offer on any property that she feels is a good purchase for my family. Orly Chen is the kind of realtor you want working for you: she sees your house for what it is and is not; suggests an appropriate price and works hard to sell it for all its worth. She knows how to negotiate when the offer comes in, and then tends to the myriad of details it takes to actually close the detail. And on top of all that, she is a pleasure to deal with.
