DENTIST!??!!! Who wants to go to the DENTIST???!!!! Well if you call Dr. Park, you will never feel that way again. I have had more bad experiences at the dentist that I'd care to talk about until I met Dr. Park. His office is completely modern and clean! His staff is friendly and knowledgable. The best part about the entire visit..NO PAIN! (even cleanings were a painful experience) Dr. Park was thorough and explained everything to me. I even got to watch what was happening in my mouth on a really high tech screen. For the first time I didn't feel like just another chart! Dr. Park even taught me after 34 years, the correct way to floss! If you "Googled" Dentist and you found Dr. Park, call! Don't wait! A wonderful, pain free, clean, modern experience is waiting!

If you are wondering why I am so enthusiastic about a dentist, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I've been avoiding the dentist for YEARS.. I would tell you the exact number of years, but if I did, then it would be quite embarrassing. Lets just say I had a fear of the dentist. My only prior memories of dentist visits were filled with PAIN.. and just for a cleaning! I know some of you can relate to me...

So anyway I FINALLY make an appointment after promising my wife that I would go before the end of the year.

I received a referral from a friend to go visit Dr. Park at Oradell Dental and then saw the review that was posted on Yelp, so I decided to just do it and make the appointment.

Then came THE day..

I walked in and was pleased to see an updated interior. (The office is in a modern medical office building. ) The office was very nice... clean and modern.

Since I had completed my paperwork online through their website the day before, all I needed to do was to electronically sign the documents when I got to the office. Then without much of a wait, I was led inside to THE CHAIR..

I must point out that the the equipment was state of the art. Everything looked brand new and high tech. They even had TV's that you could watch while the chair!

..back to the visit.. The assistant introduced herself and I made her aware that I was VERY nervous and had been avoiding the dentist because of this very real fear. She assured me that Dr. Park would be very gentle and would make my fears go away.

After a few digital x-rays, Dr. Park came in to introduce himself and start the exam/cleaning procedure. He was extremely nice and caring. He told me that he was aware of my nervousness and told me he would be very gentle. Then he started.. Through out the ENTIRE process he would keep checking up on me to make sure I was okay and to make sure there was no pain. AND THERE WAS NO PAIN!! wow! It took a little bit of time since I had SOO much tartar build up, but there was NO PAIN! Before I even knew it, it was all done! After the procedure, I was led to the Dr.'s Office where he sat me down to go over my x-rays. The Dr. said besides the enormous amounts of tartar, everything else was good! He showed me the before and after photos of the tartar build up and i was amazed at the difference! The Dr. then made me promise to come for a cleaning every 6 months and that was it!

I cannot believe how easy and painless it was!

If you were like me and feared the dentist, or even if you are just looking for a dentist that knows his stuff and is GENTLE.. Please take my advise and give Oradell Dental a call!

Seriously! I never thought I would be giving a dentist 5 stars.. but YES! It's as good as it gets!
