VERY DISAPPOINTED , VERY BAD SERVICE AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP WHEN THEY HAVE TO COME OVER AND FIX SOMTHING. PAST 3 YRS I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM INTERNET AND 1 OF THE CABLEBOX THEY USE THE SAME TRICK WITH ME 3 TIMES THEY PROTEND LIKE THEY CAME HERE AND THEY RING THE BELL WHEN I CALL THEM BACK TO FIND OUT WHY THEY NEVER SHOW UP THEY LIKE OH WHE PUT WRONG CELL NUMBER IN THE FILE THEY DONT RELIZE THEY USE THIS TRICK BEFORE IM TIRED OF THEM .. I WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS .

Optimum is the worst serieve to have, I been with them for over 15 years and they call me a vauled customer and i got $89.95 package, and when the year finished they started charging me almost $200 for there serieve. Sorry Optiumum your prices are the worst so is your serieve.

I wish I could give negative stars. Never been more frustrated with a company's customer service ever. The only thing worse than their customer service is their location that you must drop the equipment at.

I'd first like to say that I've been a Cablevision/Optimum customer for 20 years. And to add insult to injury, every time I call him they thank me for being a "VALUED" customer.
most recently Optimums promotion ended and my bill jumps $80.00 per month. I call to request a new promotion, which is advertised on TV, on my browser and every other media outlet i turn to. I am told the following. "there is no promotion for you and your area at this moment." I tell them that it's on TV, the internet and everywhere. The response is No sir, no such promotion and even if there was, I don't qualify because I'm not a new customer. instead I am offered to remove a family package which will remove over 3/4 of my channels and leave me with basic cable but it will only be a $10.00 (TEN) monthly savings.
Hey optimum, how valued of a customer am I and everyone else who is strong armed by your crazy fees and poor service? Why is it that people have to work like slaves and pay through their teeth to get free TV channels like ABC, CBS, etc.?
I'll be cutting the cord shortly and subscribe to HBOGO, HULUPLUS, SHOWTIMEGO, NETFLIX, ETC.
As soon as I'll be rid of your poor TV, you'll be calling me to offer me that world and everything else. WHY IS THAT? I have to get rid of your service in order for you to offer me promotions?
