We had the pleasure of working with Optimal Services Inc. about two years ago when we were in urgent search of a new office. They were able to provide great options for an ideal new space for an affordable rent.

I worked with Optimal Spaces on finding suitable commercial space for my language school in New York, and I found them very approachable, very knowledgeable and flexible to our changing needs. I would especially like to recommend Bob King, one of the brokers at Optimal, who has an accuracy and an astute eye for the right deal for his client, that I have rarely encountered in my numerous dealings with commercial brokers over the years.

We had been looking for a new Space in NYC for 6 months without success. The economy had tanked in 2008, our lease was not being renewed. It was the middle of December and we would have to vacate by April 1. Steven found us a perfect location
with more usable space and a lower cost per SF than we currently had. Steven came through when the chips were down. He guided us through the contract phase and made sure any bump in the road was solved. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a retail space to rent in NYC.

I had the pleasure of working with Optimal Spaces several years ago while research new commercial space. Prior to meeting my agent, I felt that I was at a severe disadvantage since the commercial market is very intimidating and I felt like I was a goldfish swimming in a shark tank. My agent took control and help me select my new space at fair terms. I have no reservation recommending Optimal Spaces and look forward to there guidance when I am in need of additional office space.
