I've been a tennent for 5 years in a 18k sq ft bldg. They have been fantastic. Very personable, quick to respond, professional and an overall delight to work with.

Worse landlord ever out of the 4 landlords I have experienced over the 8 years living there. Very unprofessional, very rude, all they care about is taking your money and not fixing the apartment. The apartment is fixed after you move out they raise the rent and God Bless you to deal with them when things start falling apart. Hallways are always nasty.
