- Terrible #203331

Booked for 1pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and waited an hour. 40 minutes into waiting, I asked when I might be seen, and the receptionist said, "You just got here!" No apology, just hat. The waiting room was completely filled with people. Clearly they just schedule lots of people regardless of actual availability.
