They charged me over $500.00 for a job that they did not do. They hid the problem somehow and when I went back within 6 months they admitted it was the same issue but they would give me a break and not charge for labor this time. Can not be trusted.

Received excellent and honest service here: tow truck operation (for AAA) was prompt, courteous and professional. They even went a little out of their way to drop me off at my kid's soccer game on the way to their shop. When they diagnosed the problem on my van they noticed that the problem part (fuel pump) looked new and they asked if it might be under warranty at the dealer? Yes, it was, and so they charged me a fair price to then tow to dealer, and a fair price for having looked at it. I cannot yet recommend their repair work, but based on these two interactions with them, I would happily return to them with confidence. Thank you Rudy, Khan and the One Stop team!
