I turned on my computer and saw a number to call for support which led to think it was Microsoft. But it was not , I became suspicious after Brandon already took my banking information. I asked if they are affiliated with Microsoft but they couldn't answer. I now realized that they hacked my computer and placed their number there to trick me into calling them. If they try to steal my money I already contacted the Police. I contacted Microsoft and was not surprised when they told me that these people are a scam. Hacking into people's devices to lure them.

Max was magnificent hn helping detect my numerous computer problems and then finding the resource to fix EVERYTHING. Between Max and David Brown, I am good to go . . .. didn't even have to leave my house! Couldn't have asked for better, more efficient help!!!! I would highly recommend One Step IT Solutions to anyone, and I will resort to them for all future needs!!!

Mr. David Brown, Sr. Mgr assisted in eliminating the recent virus attack on my computer and was thoroughly proficient in regard to handling software pertaining to my computer. I would recommend One Step IT Solutions, Inc. to anyone looking for an affordable security service.
