- Terrible #111541

Misdiagnosis, prescribing unnecessary medication and inconsistency between staff sums this place up. It seems to me that the business model at "One Love" revolves around repeat follow up visits and the strategy regarding treatment of animals brought to their facility is that of doing the least amount they seem necessary in a singular visit so the client keeps returning. They can't even return phone calls in a timely fashion. Call back and prepare to be put on hold for 5-10 minutes.
