Y'all too strict on ID. Won't accept IDNYC? What's the point of getting one? A crowded and wack place I'd never even try to go to if it wasn't 3 minutes from my house, but when you get stopped at the door it's just too much. You'll be outta business soon since the backyard closed so I ain't too mad but damn, pretty rude.

STAY AWAY!!!!
Stubborn bartender asked for our ID, we gave her our regular French ID that are accepted absolutely everywhere in NY, and she refused to serve us saying they were fake ID...
PLEASE teach your bartenders about the rest of the world and the shape of regular ID from other countries. Brooklyn is supposed to be open-minded, and NY cosmopolitan?? Not in one last shag.
Always nice to live in NY for a long while and be refused a beer in my own neighboorhood... There's plenty of cool bars around, so choose another one......

A solid cocktail list and roster of great DJs adds to the charm of this tiki-inspired bar. Most of all, the backyard is awesome.

This place is a blast. If a dive bar were also an excellent dance club, then it would be ONE LAST SHAG. They have an amazing courtyard too. Idk if they hold live shows, but if they do, itd be a great place to check out.
I go often, and recommend checking it out if you're in the area.
