One Hour Pest Control

Due to some shoddy extermination tactics at a nearby dumpster, there was an influx of RATS looking for a new home and decided on my kitchen! We thought we found the source, but a few days later around 11pm I heard scratching in the kitchen as it attempted to return. I called One Hour Pest Control in a panic and they were calm, empathetic, and professional, and they were on their way in no time in the middle of the night! They made it easy to pay and provided proper receipts and documentation for my landlord to deduce the cost from our rent.
When they got to the apartment they were kind, thorough, and went above and beyond to find the real source of the problem, poison the crap out of any rat that could come back, set up short and long-term prevention, and advise about best next-steps for our landlord to eradicate the problem all together in the building. They made a crappy situation so much better and have even followed up with me in subsequent days just to make sure everything is going well! I hope you don't have a pest problem, but if you do, you should call them!

I called One Hour Pest Control company on a weekend evening around 11pm for emergency service for our backyard "creepy crawlies" and they were there the next day to take care of it. Very friendly service. Will use them again for future needs.

Frank is probably the best I have worked with. He is always professional, responds quickly via email which is my preferred method of communication and helped me when I needed it most.

I DO NOT LIKE RODENTS! I was terrified when I came home from work and heard a mouse eating on something in my kitchen. I immediately did a Google search for exterminators and that is when I found One Hour Pest Control. When i called, I was spoken to in a pleasant and respectful manner. My manic attitude and desperation was handled with care and concern. One Hour Pest Control arrived at my home 1 hour later. ( so fast!) Darryl, the technician was very thorough. He even allowed me to ask him questions while he was working. (I had a lot of them) He took his time and tripled checked his work to make sure he did everything he could. It has been a few days and there isn't one mouse dropping in sight. I am so thankful for One Pest Control's quick and efficient work. I can live in my apartment without fear.

We had a mouse emergency very late night. Exactly one hour after our call ( as promised), two very nice gentlemen showed up. After a very intense hunt, our unwelcomed visitor was permanently evicted. We were very pleased with such fast, professional, and effective service in the middle of the night.
