Seeing a practitioner that's also an athlete makes a world of difference. Dave has addressed several nagging issues I've been compensating for for the past two years, after going in for my initial consultation on fixing my lower back issues. I'm now back to normal, but make weekly visits during my active periods as a preventive measure and to correct any irregularities before they manifest into something else. It has led to me being able to fit more training into my schedule, better sleep, and being able to get up for a morning run without requiring an hour or so to become limber enough to do so. Very knowledgeable about his trade. I found him at the right time, and have sent my brother and his friend to him as well. I don't recommend family unless I believe I've found something great, and in this case, I've struck chiropractic gold!
