I've had great experiences with these guys. They even did a small repair on my friend bikes who accompanied me who had an issue for no charge. Deal with that!

Stopped by today to look at bikes. Let me tell you, this was the 3rd bike shop I went to today.. and NONE of the other guys even came close to the level of customer service I received at this shop. These guys go above and beyond to help you pick the best bike for you. They were incredibly helpful at finding the right bike for my budget. After narrowing my search down to two Giant city cruisers (Seek 2 and 3) they insisted I take them out for a test drive to get a feel for them and make sure I like them. I take em out around the block come back, the owner looks puzzled "why are you back so soon? take it down to the park, play with it". I bought the Seek 2. Generous discount for paying cash. These dudes rock!

i love this is mom & pop shop - they are considerably cheaper than some of the newer bike shops in the hood. not only were they able to fit me in for a tune-up before the holiday weekend when all the other places said no, but the tune-up included fixing the baby seat (which another place was going to charge $20) and the kick stand (which i didn't even mention, but hadn't worked quite right since i got the bike new) and a thorough cleaning of the bike. talk about customer service!

Great bike shop. The people who work there are incredibly nice and helpful. They have great deals on tuneups in the spring, and every time they tune it up it's like I have a brand new bike. They also have an awesome cat named Spooky.

Amazing customer service. Even though the shop is tiny they have a good selection. We were passing by 10 min after they were supposed to be closed and just wanted to find out if they had bikes in the size we needed. The owner opened up the store, found out what we were looking for and proceeded to spend next half hour with us helping us pick the right bike.

We walked out with a bike the same day thoroughly impressed by the whole experience.
