My Association, the Grenadian-American Ex-Teachers' Association Inc. has been doing bus rides for over a decade or so but of all the buses we worked with no one can excel Omega Express Bus Company in any category whatsoever.

Omega Express Bus Company is clean,spacious, reliable with affordable leg room. The drivers are well mannered, patient, polite and cooperative.Moreover, the buses arrive on time (as requested) to take you to your destination.

I accidentally left my purse on the bus coming home from a nine hour flight and when I called to see if the bus company had found it, they were not very helpful. I ended up sending an empty box within a box just to have them send it a day later than they should have. I asked for my purse to be locked up as it contained my passport, my id, my travel card, my money, and my iPod until it was mailed back to me. When I received it, I found that everything was still in there, except my money. My money was not laying out in the open, it was hidden within the folds of my wallet, indicating that they searched through every nook and cranny for something I could not prove to be stolen. When I called the company to inform them of their dishonest employee who had scavenged through my purse like a vulture, instead of apologizing that it had happened, the woman who answered said that it was my problem, not hers. The entire Omega Express experience has proved to be unsatisfactory as the employees will steal your hard earned money and will be rude to customers. I do not suggest this company what so ever.

We called Charter Everything to book a luxury charter bus for a trip to NYC for my husband’s 40th birthday party. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided from start to finish.

Bobbie was so helpful and friendly with answering all my queries promptly. They were very accommodating with the number of stops that we had to make on the way. We used the 56 passenger luxury bus and it was beautiful inside and extremely comfortable. Our driver Tony was very professional he arrived right on time for our pickup and was extremely friendly and professional.

Needless to say, my husband’s party was excellent, everyone really enjoyed the ride and our new friend Tony. I will surely recommend anyone searching for charter buses call Charter Everything.

8/31/14- Central Park Wedding. We used the Wedding Party bus. The weather was horrible, but the bus and the bus driver were on time and awesome. The AC could've worked better. However, Anthony, our driver more than made up for it. He was wonderful and patient and went incredibly out of his way to return to the hotel 70 blocks away to retrieve the marriage license (with a full bus!), then drive another 50+ blocks to the reception. Thank you Anthony!!!

I am the owner of Timari Angel's Family Daycare and I would like to say that I rented 2 Omega Express buses to go to Sesame Place and the driver's was very Professional, Reliable and Polite. I will definitely rent more from Omega Express Ltd and I will refer others to their company. Job well done. Thank you
