Thank you . Very satisfied. They really did a great job and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.
If we decide to buy another house in the future would use them again. Really learned a few things from Hank. Handled everything very professionally.

They were very reasonably priced. Most of all very thorough and it was easy to see they were more concerned about determining if I had a mold problem than charging me for additional unnecessary testing upfront. Do a few samples and you can always order followup testing if you want to check the rest of your home. Thats what we decided was best for my situation. The other thing I liked was that they were clear that if they did our mold inspection, they would in no way be any part of remediation so that there would never be a conflict of interest.

The home inspection for my new Brooklyn home by Olympian was very detailed, as was the well written report. Dennis is extremely good and I highly recommend him.

Dennis was great. He was able to come out with very short notice and then did an extremely thorough inspection of the condo. He has a lot of experience with new construction in Brooklyn, had a lot of useful information, and his final report was very detailed. He was also responsive to my subsequent text messages and emails. I would absolutely recommend Dennis.

Dennis is very good at what he does. He was very thorough and took his time. His experience is clear in the work delivered. I can’t tell you how valuable a thorough inspection can be. I have used dennis three times over the last five years so far and he came highly recommended to me by my attorney.
