I ordered Brentwood tortilla maker in the store and paid cash for it and they said since this item is for sale online only so it will be delivered 7 days later. After 7 days online system shows product delivered and it was not actually delivered so I called up helpline no and it says due to some error it says delivered and he generated new order no scheduled for delivery the very next day and guess what it doesn't deliver again so I ask them again for update and they say it's special order so they will contact vendor and update me for delivery in 4 hrs and they don't update again. This happened three times and I went to the store from where I purchased it and I saw big line at the register and only 2 people working in the big store... Pathetic.. Finally upon my number I ask the lady to cancel my order and process refund so she couldn't do it and asked me to wait for manager to help me... I waited atleast 7 mins for him to show up and I left the store since I was also in rush... finally I cancelled the order on helpline and since I have paid by cash so I need to go to the store and collect it again.

Typical BIG BOX store where NO ONE is accountable for crap! Tried calling the store to see if a certain product was in stock during normal business hours and the phone has rung off the hook for over 5 minutes. Did this 3 times. On the 4th attempt someone actually answered the phone and hung up! GREAT PROFESSIONALISM people. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR DAMN JOB - QUIT I AM SURE THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR WORK THAT WOULD DO A BETTER JOB AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went to this store early this afternoon to purchase the Expo markers that they have on sale for $1 (it's advertised in this week's flyer). My experience was horrible. I couldn't find the markers and the employees sent me to various locations of the store (e.g. writing tools etc.) only to finally tell me that "they ran out of it" and then simply walk away. This is the first day of the sale so how do you run out of the item (it's not even 3PM yet). The employees are rude, don't care about their customers/job, and not very helpful. They are only on their best behavior when it's "mystery shopper week" so they can save their asses.
