Oceanside Pediatrics Pc

My initial experience at the office was great, but of course I had seen the P.A. that I thought was wonderful; however, one day my 3 year old son was have issues breathing and I called to bring him in because I believed it was that sever. The receptionist at the office stated we cannot fit you in until 2 p.m. now mind you it was 9 a.m.. I initially waited, and then called the office back twice stating that things were getting worse, the receptionist reply was well if you cannot wait then I suggest you go somewhere else. As a parent I thought to myself wow, is this the norm in a pediatric practice that cares for our future children, and if it is this is certainly not the place that I want caring for my children when in need of medical attention. When I final arrived at the office with my son he had to have three consecutive breathing treatments immediately. In my eyes that was an incompetent call on behalf of the staff, which he hires. I now have to travel a little, but I found a wonderful pediatric doctor in Long Beach and she cares about her patients, and waits for nothing...
