In the Chelsea area and the hotel we were staying at recommended this one. I am so glad we went. They closed at 9 but took me and my husband when we walked in close to closing time. They took their time giving me a pedicure and leg massage for a little reprieve from all the New York walking we had been doing. The massage and pedicure was thorough and detailed. Jemma took her time with me and Janice did my husbands and did a fantastic job. After they were done my husband received a complimentary 10 minute massage (that was fantastic!) while I was getting my toe nails painted. Thank you ladies for an amazing and relaxing experience!

Do not believe 9.30 open !! After arriving at 9.25, I waited 10 minutes to get in, then was told it would be 10 minutes -- only to sit and wait 25! If any other place in the neighborhood had been open i would have walked out. No apologies. Staff was super rude as if I was inconveniencing them. Would not go back

Terrible!! I wanted to spend a little more yo hopefully get a better manicure and it turned out terribly. Not only did she rush there were bubbles in the polish and not evenly done. Never again.
