Rude and NASTY! I was yelled at for confirming an appointment by the lady host! My appointment was delayed one hour with no notice!! I even argued with the host about my guest waiting and she actually yelled at me. Another time the seaweed wrap facial was amateur, not worth the price, no massage what so ever at all and after the facial the lady host held an envelope open to my guest not asking but demanding for tips! Just go someplace else, maybe the prices aren't so bad here but they completely ruin the point of a spa day.

The staff are very friendly, professional and good at what they do. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and they provide a haven from a stressful world.

So far I have never given a bad review for anyone but NEVER EVER go here for getting your nails done. I have a wedding to go to this weekend and after reading reviews about this place, I went for a refill but the lady suggested a full set which I didn't have any issues. I should have walked out the minute when she didn't know how to take off the old nails. It took almost an hour for that and she couldn't find even a single piece of manicure supplies/instruments afterwards. She just put anything she found on the way in weird style and kept assuring that the once done nails will look exactly like before. I couldn't take it anymore when she couldn't identify the gel bottle among the others. I was tired of sitting there for 3 hours and this is the point I went to the front desk and made a complaint that they should at least know what they are doing and if they don't they shouldn't be doing this to any other customer. Instead of apologizing the manicurist started yelling that she just started, its her first day etc etc and wanted to fix them again. I have been getting my nails done from past 4 years in various cities and places and so far there wasn't anything even close to the PATHETIC, SMUDGED AND HORRIBLE job these guys did. My sincere advice - DO NOT GO HERE EVER...

I got a gift certificate on my birthday to use at the O Spa and went to Bay Ridge location. So I picked the swedish massage for relaxation. I had the worst massage ever. The massues used her elbows on my back which was very painful. The girls who work in the spa are very rude. I came out of there in pain, and they demanded that I give them more tips. I will never go there again. Don't waste your money, and go elsewhere.
