Nice place.

非常好的一家民宿，給的訊息很完善，所以完全不擔心會迷路或者要趕著check in，屋主也很熱情。選這裡是因為在美國最後一站，想靠近購物的地方而且去機場比較方便，（早上去JFK大概40~50分 by subway)

室內環境很乾淨。

周邊地區其實購物或吃飯都還蠻方便的，主要的連鎖平價賣場這裡都有，只是東西未必比midtown的豐富而已，subway大概走路10分鐘可以到。

治安的話基本沿街上到深夜都有不少人在外面所以其實很安全，沒有當初擔心因為地方比較偏治安會差。

我們住了一個月，都住到不想離開了~ 房東人超好的，很樂意幫助我們。屋子很乾淨，環境安全優美，買日常生活用品和食物也超方便，很好的住宿選擇!

The owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful, and is effective in helping us out with our inquiries~ He would come to check with the guests every night so I was able to interact with him often.

The house is very clean and the facilities are well-maintained~ My family and I stayed there for a month, and we felt that we are at home~

The neighborhood is also one of the best in NYC, with large shopping malls and subway in just 10 minutes walk. I feel safe to walk back to the hostel at 9 p.m.~ It was tranquil and convenient at the same time! I like the fact that there is a large Chinese supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the hostel~

All in all, I would definitely recommend my friends to stay in NYCBWBB in future, and I would stay here again too!
