Great place vary honest excellent diagnosis very decently priced. I felt very comfortable being serviced by them. I guess one of those few honest people left over from the old days not trying to rip you off like the other few places that I was last time

When my car broke down in New York, NYC Car Inspection picked it up, towed it to their shop and did the repair all in the same day. The price I was charged was very reasonable.

Unbelievable. After the experience I had today I felt compelled to write a review about a towing service. And service is what this company is all about. From the time I contacted NYC Car Inspection about towing my car from a parking garage to the time they delivered my car to the Auto shop they were above and beyond kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. And the biggest surprise was the charge. I really expected to get gouged due to the difficult nature of the job and this was absolutely not the case. I will recommend NYC Car Inspection to everyone.

My Lexus was recently having some mechanical problems and needed to get to the dealership ASAP. Being all wheel drive, I wanted a flatbed truck for the trip. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from NYC Car Inspection. The driver was on time and in 30 minutes. During the entire experience, the driver was extremely professional and courteous. The truck was very clean and comfortable for my ride down to the dealership. My car was both loaded and unloaded very carefully and I was never worried about any damage being done. The price was fair and it was easy to pay with a credit card. I would absolutely use this company again for any other towing needs I might have in the future.

I recently had a non running truck in the middle of the night and I needed an urgent help. I knew NYC Car Inspection have 24hr towing service. They gave me a quote over the phone. Pretty great rate. They showed up with a fancy new tow truck, was hooked up in 5 minutes and they took my truck to their auto repair shop. After they got my vehicle in and diagnosed it in very little time they came back with a very competitive quote for the auto repair work. After the parts came in they quickly got the car finished and had me back on the road. Their communication was very good; they did a nice job cleaning up the vehicle after the repair. All around a great job! I have already referred NYC Car Inspection to friends for the fast, friendly and inexpensive towing and recovery services.
