I will never purchase from this place due to the mis-communication, very poor customer courtesy, after filling out a quote online I was never contacted, I had to contact them multiple times just to get a follow up. After finally getting a hold of someone and they took my description, the end result was something totally different. They seem to be a very good establishment however the quality of service needs to be improved.

We live in Nashville, our baby girl just graduated college and got a job in Manhattan. This is was her first birthday that we were not able to celebrate with her. I was searching the internet to try to find a cake shop that could deliver a cake to her office. We came across NYC Birthday cakes. We uploaded a picture of the family (Mom, Dad, Her little brother and of coarse her best friends, our two golden retrievers. Maxx and Frankie =) to the website. They delivered the cake to her office. She shortly called us up crying. =(. But thank you Mike for helping us make a sad day into a happy day!
