This place is now called something like You and Me Nails/Spa.
Pedi/main=$32
While more expensive than your average chinatown shop, they actually exfoliate and massage your legs/feet.
They gave me a free bottle of water because it was so hot outside.
The massages were also excellent! Ask for Connie who is in on T/R/F.

I am a travel journalist who has gone to many of the world's finest spas. The massages I get here are by far the best! You come here for the massage itself, not the luxury associated with a typical spa--don't expect aromatherapy or cucumber water and typical of places like this, the women are all Chinese immigrants so don't expect a nice conversation about their training at some elite massage school.
If you want to be coddled and luxuriate in plush robes, this isn't your spot.
If you want to spend $48 for a 60 minute treatment and get one of the best in New York, go here.
