Great spa services. Very expensive however.

An amazing experience. A great escape from the gritty NY life. Zen. Each bath was unique and amazing. Loved the bubble one for a mini massage, the hot one and the salt one at the end. Skin was silky soft afterward. Warm welcoming and friendly staff. The day slot had a good mix of people on their own and a couple of couples.

Incredible experience. Full relaxation. Amazing pools. Not too crowded. Clean. Best baths in the city.

As a former employee I have experienced a lot of favoritism, sexual harassment, unprofessional treatment to the employees such as Locker/Laundry Room Attendants, Links and Massage Therapists. These managers must be investigated, they constantly badger the worker to move faster especially when their is so many call outs from employees, I once did both laundry rooms up and down stairs and the locker room by myself with no relief for lunch may I add and was still whipped like a dog. Also having candles on the steps is a fire hazard and a exit egress situation but I guess they bribed FDNY, there very lucky I haven't reported them....yet. There steps leading to the pools are also deemed hazardous due to the salt pools that eat the concrete due to the high intensity heat they have in the basement, the steps have been known to chip in pieces and fly, GET YOUR LAWSUITS IN FAST. FYI Juan, Jorge, and Fernando just because your from Spain doesn't mean you can whip your workers, your in NYC (AMERICA) now. Watch your backs ..... Olay Cabrones.
