DO NOT GO HERE. I waited for an hour and was never seen. I have incredible patience as a special education teacher but do not have an hour of my day to just sit in a waiting room. I wish I had read the negative reviews earlier - they're all true. Completely unacceptable wait time. Makes you feel insignificant.

Worst clinic! Front desk staff are rude. They treat you like you're nothing. Very inconsistent with appointments. Dr. Cohen is unprofessional, won't listen to your complaints about symptoms and always in a hurry. Waited for 2 and a half hours on my first appointment. On my follow up, they cancelled me as soon as they got there. The main receptionist is very rude. I just wish she took a customer service class. That job is not for her. She doesnt treat people with respect. Don't go to this place. Go somewhere else. I really regret going to this place.

I am a 70-year old female senior citizen. As the result of an accident almost 10 years ago resulting in 2 surgeries, a stint in a wheelchair, and required using a cane to walk from that point on, I learned to live with the pain, discomfort, and decreased mobility. Last year, I become very depress when I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, partly related to the accident and surgeries. At the time, I also had a 2" baker's cyst on my right leg, and that nearly crippled me. In that instance, I needed a cortisone injection, just to be able to walk again. Naturally, the orthopedist advised me that I could not have repeated injections due to the many side effects of such treatment.
Ever since the accident, I have had daily pain, discomfort, and decreased mobility, especially, when getting up from a train seat; and, since I have had side effects from the typical medications prescribed for such condition, I could only take Tylenol, which just took the edge off the pain and didn't help the mobility problems at all. A month ago, I spotted the newspaper ad placed by NYRehab telling of a new and natural treatment for severe osteoarthritis of the knees. I was intrigued by the word "natural" insofar as treatment for that condition and telephoned for an appointment. After an examination by you doctor, X-rays to determine the exact extent of my condition, as well as tests to be certain that I was not on other drugs, I was scheduled for my first Hyalgan injection in my left knew, which had become the most troublesome of the two. Although I did not expect immediate relief, I could tell after a few days that now my former "bad knee" was now my "good knee." After each subsequent injection, and, especially, when I had the 5th of the 5 injections, I have had increased mobility and a dramatic reduction in pain in that knee. I have been assured by your doctors that relief for this innovative natural treatment has proven to be anywhere from 6 months to a year, or longer, for most patients. I certainly hope that I am one of the lucky ones and enjoy extended relief beyond the expectations.
As a result of being saddled with debts from the above-mentioned accident, which resulted in my having to take medical retirement, after working 52 years, I must continue to work to supplement my Social Security check, which is my only other income. You can't imagine the improvement in my overall physical health and mental outlook since I am now able to travel to and from work without pain or discomfort.
Thank you and the researchers who have come up with this amazing treatment. I am eagerly anticipating the same results as I began my injections on my right leg.

WORSE PRACTICE IN NYC!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I have seen Dr. Perrone for 5 years, in those years I have only been able to see him 4 times. last time, I was having an asthma attack and I called in to get a refill on my prescription on my inhaler, I was told they will not give me a renewal without seeing him, so I tried to schedule an appointment...I was told by the "person"(for the lack of a better word) to wait a week...like I can wait a week with an asthma attack. she was NO HELP at all.
prior to this, I went to see him for some pain killers because my back was killing me, I had to wait 12 days to be able to see him, he prescribed physical therapy which conveniently they provide at the location. They scheduled me for twice a week....each visit is a copay (30 dlrs) and it only lasts 3 minutes, most of the therapist have a really bad attitude and they do not want to spend the time or effort to give you the massage or help you need. after the third session, I was told I had to pay more than my copay because my insurance did not approve more sessions, when I talked to my insurance company, they told me they had already approved 12 sessions.....WTF IS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE?????
ADVISE!-----> GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
