NY Martial Arts Academy

Very well mamaged facility, excellent and knowledgeable JKD instructors that care about the students, they also have a great kids program, there are kids that started in the Little Dragons group, graduated to Young Dragons and now belong to the adult program and I know this because my son is one of them, I am very proud of his progress and very pleased with the school. I highly recommend this school.

I have been training at NY Martial Arts Academy for many years. As an older man, I was always weary of where I could go learn martial arts without getting treated differently because of my age. Immediately at NYMAA I felt right at home. All of the instructors are very welcoming, always greeting you and making you feel comfortable. NYMAA is somewhere where I will stay for a long time because the art they teach, Jeet Kune Do, is truly the most fulfilling art to study. I started here at the Little Neck location because it was the only place in the NY area teaching real Jeet Kune Do. Now I train in the Astoria and Brooklyn locations as they are closer to where I live. Each location is unique and wonderful in their own way.
