I've been bringing my dog here for years to get his nails and hair did. He always ends up looking fabulous and brags to all his doggy friends. The shampoo girl Justine always takes her time and does a beautiful job and makes him look FABULOUS. Bring all your friends! You shall not regret it, not one bit, not even a tiny bit, not even half a bit, let's just say, after you get your hair shampooed by Justine you feel like you can do anything, including leaping off a ten story building and flying to Ireland.

Had a massage at Nubest my massage therapist was wonderful. What bothers me is i left all greasy due to the fact there are no showers. i have had lots of massages at other day spas. Not having a shower was a first. I would never purchase another one too bad its a beautiful salon

I have never been disappointed in any of the services I have received in over 30 years. It is truly one of the best salons in the United States.

ANDREA, in the Color Department is probably the RUDEST, NASTIEST, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING person I have ever encountered. She is a good colorist but constantly puts people down.

I have had my hair colored by her and have also overheard her interacting with other clients and putting them down for all sorts of things, like not spending enough time and money on your hair or your lack of knowledge about color.

She tells you that if your hair and skin don't look good then you don't look good. While this may be true, it is her abrasive, hostile way of saying it.

Meanwhile, she is grossly overweight so I guess taking care of your body doesn't count with her. She also wears patchy eyelash extensions and lines her lips above the vermilion which makes her look comical….not one who should be putting down a client about their hair.

I will continue to use Nubest for my color and other style needs but will only use stylists that are professional and polite.

amazing and welcoming staff with a beautiful ambiance and great offerings. I'm a regular for hair (by Vincent) and waxing (by Susie)...best I've experienced on Long Island.
