Very unorganized and unprofessional staff!! I scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago for my mom to see the doctor and get a refill of her prescriptions, but yet when we arrived at the office for that appointment, we were told that no patients were being seen because the doctor was not coming in today. It sure would have been nice if someone would have had the courtesy and common sense to pick up the phone to inform us and reschedule the appointment rather than having us show up at the office to be turned away. So much for common courtesy to your loyal patients!

The facility left a bit to be desired. It was a bit run down but everyone was very friendly which is an unusual experience for me when going to a doctors office. Receptionists were nice, the nurse was great and the doctor was good. Also the cost was only $70 which I normally pay $100 for any of the nearby medical centers. I can overlook the worn down look to keep $30 in my pocket. Everything was clean and everyone professional, that is most important in my opinion.
